2026 Schedule of Events:

🎄 2nd Annual Christmas “Eve” In July Pre-Party

Hosted by the Schofield Lions Club, this fun kickoff celebration takes place the night before our annual charity ride.

There will be a corn-hole tournament and raffles that evening that will benefit our charity!

Tentative Timeline Of Charity Ride Event:

9:00 - 9:45 am Check in/Registration for bikes and vehicles. Check out the raffle baskets!

9:00 - 9:45 am Toy Collection by the big truck.

9:30 am Santa arrives at Bull Falls Harley-Davidson® of Wausau to kick off our 2026 fundraising event! There will be a mini parade leading Santa in. Then we will have a welcome speech at 9:45 am, National Anthem, route announcements and introduction of Miracle child.

10:00 KICKSTANDS UP!

Leave Bull Falls Harley-Davidson® of Wausau and head to Marshfield Children's Hospital. Watch Santa and his entire motorcycle crew roll out to lead the special delivery of toys for the Children receiving care at Marshfield Children’s Hospital to Celebrate Christmas in July! Those who do not ride motorcycles are still invited to come by car or truck.

Route for ride - Turn left out of Bull Falls Harley-Davidson® of Wausau on to XX.

XX turns into X, We will make a right turn on to Maple Ridge Rd. Then turn left onto old Hwy 51 going towards Mosinee.

Turn right on the roundabout in Mosinee to 153 West.

Take that all the way to Stratford, then turn left on Hwy 97 into Marshfield. Then we will head to the Marshfield Children's Hospital, make the loop and park in the lot across the street.

11:00 am Arrival at Marshfield children's hospital.

Everyone can park in the lot across the street and walk over to help unload the truck full of toys into the hospital. The kids' eyes will light up when they see all the toys being unloaded, they will also get to pick out items for them and their siblings to have! THE TRUCK WILL BE FULL!

11:30 am We will make our way into the Hospital auditorium for the 12th Anniversary program.

12:30 pm We will Leave the Hospital and ride together and head to the after party at The Bar in Rothschild.(Details to come on meal)

Santa will remain at the hospital to visit with the kids for a little while.

1:00 pm Post party starts

1:30 pm Food starts

1:00-3:00 pm Raffle baskets and 50/50 raffles

2:00 pm Short program with Miracle child

3:00 Raffle basket drawing and door prize winner announcements

Tee-Off Time: 10:00 am Shotgun start
18 Hole/4 Person Scramble

Cost: $440 per team($110 per golfer)
(Price includes Golf, Cart, Picnic sack lunch from Philly’s Subs & Dinner Taco buffet from El Tequila Salsa)
$25 For Non-Golfers for dinner Taco buffet (Starts at 4:00 Pm)

Decorate your golf cart in your best Christmas theme for a chance to win!
Prizes for the best cart decorating! Winner will be selected by a Miracle Child from Marshfield Children’s Hospital.
